Pizzeria offering a unique pizza experience.
Firechief offers diners a choice of three different styles of pizza
to choose from: Wood-fired, Moretti- modern artisan style and
Conveyor. Each style of pizza encompasses different cooking methods
and ingredients.
Our wood fired pizza is authentic and original pizza from Naples,
made to the exacting standard as prescribed by the Associazione
Verace Pizza Napoletana (AVPN). The Moretti is a twin deck stone
hearth oven allowing pizza to be cooked at an even 360 degrees. The
Conveyor is an electric oven producing a juicier pizza at a gentler
radiant heat.
Determined to create the perfect pizza, our head chef and pizza
chef have been trained and certified in the art of authentic
Italian pizza making in Naples at the AVPN.
Open 7 days a week for lunch and dinner, Takeaway pizza is
available too.
